  • Not share pricing, inventory data, or account access
  • Use portal information solely for legitimate business purchasing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion for any misuse or suspicious activity.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest product data, pricing, or images
  • Use bots or automated tools

6.1 Order Acceptance and Pricing Errors

All orders are subject to acceptance by Industrial Tractor Parts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in the product description or price, or errors in your order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may refuse or cancel orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged. If your payment method has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your account or payment method in the amount of the incorrect price.

6.2 Payment Terms

You agree to:

  • Pay all charges incurred by you or authorized users of your account
  • Pay prices in effect at the time charges are incurred

6.3 Shipping and Risk of Loss
